Sevan Multi- Site Solutions, LLC ("7MSS") respects your privacy and recognizes the importance of protecting any information collected about You. All 7MSS Resources are governed by this policy and by using, accessing, downloading, or installing any 7MSS Resources You consent to the processing, use, and disclosure of your data. Please do not use the 7MSS Resources if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy.

Passive Collection
We gather certain information automatically. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, device type, operating system, total and available storage, and device name, application & build version, and 7MSS Resources metrics. This information is collected and used by 7MSS to (i) provide statistical data regarding how users are accessing and using our 7MSS Resources, (ii) to assist us in making improvements to our 7MSS Resources, and (iii) to correct any problems that may occur.

Geolocation
We collect Your location information for purposes of geofencing site captures and only with consent and as part of the app. Location is not continuously collected but only where You access the map functionality within the 7MSS Resources

Personal Information of Persons Under 18
The 7MSS Resources are not intended for persons under the age of 18. Sevan MSS does not knowingly solicit or send requests for personal information to persons under age 18. No information shall be submitted to 7MSS by a person under the age of 18.

Sharing Your Personal Information
We do not sell or transfer Your Personal Information to third parties for marketing or other purposes unrelated to providing You access and full use of the 7MSS Resources. To that extent, we may share your Personal Information with third party service providers for purposes of improving performance of the 7MSS Resources or providing customer support. In any event, we only provide those third parties with the minimal Personal Information necessary to support the requested transaction and to be used only in support of that transaction.

We take reasonable steps to protect Your information from misuse and un authorized access. We utilize SSL encryption to protect Your information in transit and while being stored. Your information is stored in systems operated by 7MSS and/or our industry partners, subject to security measures consistent with industry practices.
